Tammy J. Meyer

Tammy has tried numerous civil cases, including trucking accidents, wrongful arrests and detention, defamation, premises liability, medical malpractice and products liability. She also has vast experience in the area of insurance coverage and environmental insurance coverage. She is an aggressive, experienced trial lawyer.

Tammy has published numerous articles in local and national law journals on topics ranging from professional ethics to trial strategy. She also speaks frequently for professional associations on a variety of legal topics, and serves as an instructor at various trial academies, including the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and the Indiana Trial Academy.

Tammy is an active member of the Defense Research Institute, the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Indianapolis Bar, and was the former President of the Alumni Board of the IU School of Law at Indianapolis . She is a Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation and the Indiana Bar Foundation, as well as a delegate to the Indiana State Bar. She currently serves on the Board of the Humane Society of Indianapolis.

Tammy has been honored by her peers as one of the top 25 women lawyers in the State of Indiana, and listed as an Indiana Super Lawyer (in the top 5% of Indiana attorneys) in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008
